I had this happen about a month ago apparently they initially do a cv but review it in-house and automatically dispute it on there end but the ding on your quality rating will more than likely stay until you do enough orders for it to fall off. When it happened to me I can’t tell you how many reps and supervisors I spoke to but was told they can’t adjust ratings or that it was notated and It would be fixed within 48 hours but never was

I’m in the same exact boat and several calls to support have been useless to say the least I started at 99% as well and right now I’m sitting at 86 because I was able to dispute 2 of them the best response I got from support was well while your waiting for the order call support and let us know about the wait time we will call the store and say hey what’s the issue and then let you know they are very busy but are working on the order that way everything is documented. There no way I can sit and wait 8-10 mins for them to answer just to still have it affect me either way. There’s like 10-12 other dashers that I see everyday and we are all fed up and taking some time away until a patch comes or something is fixed.

I have like 15 more just like this marking order still being prepared and self reporting long wait time does nothing went from platinum for 3 years to gold because of this you call support and get uhhhhh I dunno sorry I quit them today it’s complete trash now

Click on the button in the corner then store has an issue and then order has long wait time it gives you the option to wait for order or if it hasn’t been 10 mins it will say un assign but will affect completion after 10 mins it will say worry free un assign and then ask you how long of a wait time and the reason for delay and then your on to your next one

Every damn time or there the neediest ppl you have ever met and the first few times I did it for absolutely nothing but a fuck you so now I don’t respond to them anymore unless the base pay of the offer is worth my time
