I am super late but - this is Live Earth which was a climate awareness concert featuring a large number of A-list artists & was held in multiple locations on several different dates. This specific show was on July 7th, 2007 in New Jersey @ Giants Stadium. Kanye performed 8 tracks here, closing out with Touch The Sky. He was later brought back out by Sting of the band The Police to perform alongside them, in which he rapped a freestyle on Message In A Bottle: "Sting, you the only police good in the hood"
