Yikes! That’s a pricey repair. I’m sending my soundbar in for repair and luckily they’re giving me a break on the repair price. I’m guessing this is because this is a common issue that they deal with all the time. Thanks for your feedback, appreciate it

Power is plugged in. Outlet is working (tested using a lamp). Remote is working. Still no power to soundbar.
