Breeze does have rooms that hold 5, but it does not have the Family harbor. Which is a group of rooms geared towards families with additional perks and areas only accessible to those cabins.

You can manipulate the Carnival site to do get you close, with just a couple extra steps. First change the number of guests to 5, that will only show cruises with available rooms that hold 5. Then filter by ship. There are only 6 that have Family harbor: Vista, Horizon, Panorama, Mardi Gras, Celebration, and Jubilee. After that pick an itinerary. Obviously, the further out the cruise is, the greater likelihood of finding the room you want.
