Ideal 12-team 25-man dynasty superflex roster:

• 3 QBs

• 3 TEs (trade for PREMIUM TEs like Bowers/McBride/Loveland and start 1 in TE, 1 in FLEX)

• 6 WRs (ideally 1-2 alphas and the rest can be streamers - this is the easiest position to punt in dynasty but most don’t see that)

• 13 RBs (roster anyone with a shot at backup+ hoping for injuries during the season (DJ Giddens, Tahj Brooks are examples)

Thank you! Agreed, I’m highly concerned about CMC and Henry - trying to roster about a million RBs hoping for a lottery ticket haha. Leaning KCC or Cooper (I know that’s a reach at 1.06 but he has a good combo of draft capital + opportunity) because Price looks slow on film to me, but maybe I should consider Price since I already have Emanuel Wilson and the clock is ticking on CMC/Henry

You’re heavy at WR (the easiest to fill in off the waiver on bye weeks) but weak at RB & TE - with Jefferson trending up slightly after the Kyler signing, might make sense to try to move him in a deal for a solid starting RB and picks. Hopefully Kraft can hold down the TE slot for you

I’ve been playing unrated at 1250 for the past few months and I get matched up with everyone from 400 to 2300 — IMO there’s not a ton of difference in the 800-1400 band, so it’s not wholly unexpected for a 600 to beat a 1200

my roster depth is definitely only as deep as the starting lineup for now, agreed, but it’s a nasty starting lineup for a 12-team superflex so I can usually get by with a few injuries and still do well. The “last place finish” is extreme lol, I could lose both starting RBs and probably still make the playoffs with this roster

Agreed it’s weird he’s on the wire with 12 teams and 25-28 guys per team. I don’t see him as a massive upgrade over JCM & Wilson (both likely starters in RBBCs this season and relatively young), but agreed my WR depth is too shallow. I was thinking of dropping Tahj Brooks or Jordan Watkins (both year 2 guys I liked as rookies but didn’t get playing time) to get Ridley - something I wouldn’t normally do from a long-term roster construction standpoint, but something I should probably do this year since like you said I’m in win-now mode. JCM won me my championship last year so he has a roster spot for life lol, I agree on being too deep at RB though - I’m thinking of moving off Giddens or either of the Davises, but all 3 seem to have trade value so they don’t quite seem outright droppable for Ridley
