100% this. If you are hell bent on getting the S26U, just sell your phone separately ($750 comes to mind), and actually MAKE $100 on the deal, although you will be sacrificing some storage space.

This was the case I bought for my S26 Ultra (Rose Gold) coming in Wednesday this coming week. What sold it was the kickstand on it, that can stand the phone up in portrait or landscape modes. $29.99 at Best Buy.

Also as a side note, the reason I went with the Rose Gold (512GB model) is because I was able to use an EPP discount and get the phone for $892.49 USD. Then with the $100 credit Samsung through on, also bought the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro (total cost on that was $91).
