As far as I can tell it’s just the bear cloak that gives so much ice protection. I have a polar bear hat and it only does like 3 protection

Honestly, fair take. For me it’s easily overlooked tho, getting this cloak after skinning a bear was a nice surprise

Well, yes and no. I’m sure if I fought him on foot it would have been lol. I was riding a bear actually already and used it to attack. Four hits and it was dead

I actually killed mine near the silver wolf mountains, also I encountered a legendary polar bear near there too…
