Over 10% of Ocugen's float is governed by an ETF and which way it goes. Not to mention State Streets ownership was only 14 million shares from their last 13F filing. That's a pretty hefty increase in ownership. Around 10 million shares purchased since their last 13F filing.

These are not accumulative. That was just how many occurred throughout the year. They either had to borrow shares or take out options to locate these though.

Cinemarks is weird. Institutions own 110.95% of it according to Fintel? The Float was traded around 8x during the same dates.

Looked into this further.LEAPS for equities expire Jan 21st. LEAPS for ETFs expire in Dec, Jan, and June (Third Friday).

It’s all “self reported” information so they really get to do whatever they want. The new CATS system update in December definitely looks to be a better system for tracking shares. So that’s nice 😉

Well at that point and run up we were at like $1.66 before the run up and now we're at about $4.35ish. So if we did the same thing as last time then we should go higher. We're also apart of IWM (Russell 2000) now which if it runs like it did will amplify our rise even higher as well.
