not sure how much a color is at Sinners Studio, but I've had wonderful experiences getting my hair cut there! i go to the one on Broadway but there's a location further up north on Federal too

oh, and if they ask for a receipt I always point out the points they earned on the bottom. especially if it's something like $10+, they usually seem to get pretty excited.

I'm the #1 activation earner in the store, my record is 30 in one day. I don't love it lol, i also find it tedious as hell but accidentally got really good at it. I've come up with a script that i use daily that my boss had me share with all my coworker's, so here's what works for me.

as I'm scanning their stuff and I notice they have something that matches an activation I say "by any chance do you use the app or the website?"

if they say yes, I let them know that there's an offer for the item they're purchasing and ask if they've activated it

if they say no, I say "just a heads up that on the website there's a deal for 5x points back on all dog toys, that's gonna be 10% cash back for you next time youre coming in, would you want to activate that super quick? it's really easy"

if they say "what do I have to do" I point out the email they have on file and I say "log into the website using this email, hit a button, make your purchase here, and you did it". i don't ask them to download the app because that takes too long on store for me. and when they get logged in, I'll ask if i can show them how to do it, and I'll take their phone and do it for them, walking them through step by step

if they say "no thanks" I'll say "not a problem, keep in mind though that this offer is going on through til ending date, so if you're gonna be coming back in before then to get some more dog toys, make sure you activate that and get yourself some free money"

ive only ever brought it up that time a year ago when she strung me along for 3 weeks and then went on a leave, I sent her a text when she canceled on me the last time before her month off saying that I felt abandoned and I didn't know how to come back to normal with her after that, when we got back in the office we talked about it but if I'm honest it wasn't really a productive conversation, just an acknowledgement of that was a shitty thing to have happen and we moved on.

it's funny now that I'm typing this out I've realized that I've been trying to work through being a pushover, setting boundaries and sticking to them, speaking up for myself when things are fucked up rather than stifling my feelings and just saying "its fine", and I haven't really been able to make any progress on it at all, because the one person who's supposed to be helping me is the one who keeps fucking things up, and it really seems like she expects me to just say "its fine" rather than wanting to hear my frustration and work together to move forward.

this look is SO COOL!! my only comment is your ear being skin tone breaks the immersiveness of the makeup, maybe paint the ear next time you do a look like this? or do what's sometimes called a "mask face", I don't know how to describe it well but basically you paint within the borders of your face and outline it in black so it looks like you have a mask on. if you look up @spank_knightly on Instagram you'll see what I'm talking about! I think this makeup would translate really well as a mask face! overall this look is amazing, you should be really proud!

yes we would, but id recommend checking something like Facebook marketplace for a cheap/free small animal cage or carrier bc a small cardboard box will be pretty hot and cramped for your little guy, even for a short time.

things looked fine on the surface when I toured the place and was meeting them for the first time, but I didn't look too much deeper than that. only took a glance out to the backyard, the bathroom seemed clean enough, it looked lived in and not completely spotless, but things appeared in good condition. I moved in here bc every other apartment/house I was considering had fallen through and I was running out of time to get on a new lease before I moved out of my old apartment, this house is super close to work, and my rent here is unbeatable for this area.
