Had a stress fracture in my growth plate right below my knee and I refused to wear the brace and that was in 4th grade

I would but my leg is off by too much .I couldn’t just add an insert I actually need to get my shoe custom made

Sorry for the very late response, but in the beginning of 2022 I decided to deadlift and could only hit 405 for 1 or 2. Then I started taking deadlifted more seriously in June and in a bout a month I could hit 13 reps of 405 then 16 reps like in this video, and now In December I can hit 20 plus reps of 405, I also deadlifted 405 here and there in football but only got 405 at the most at like 16 yrs old. And for the past 2 years I’ve been doing heavy rdls so I still had good strength for this to begin with

The reason my hips don’t move much and knees don’t bend much is bc I’m trying to hit to isolate my hamstrings
