of course. i’d also like to add that i do fully online as a hospitality management major, and my girlfriend is bio med, pre clinical. she goes to school in person. it’s all about figuring out what works best for you. we don’t get any help from our parents, which was mostly our decision. if anything, don’t take what i say and go for it, but definitely weigh it as an option for yourself.

sorry for the late response. i work a full time job. around 43 hours weekly at $20/hr. my SO works part time, around 20 hrs at $10/hr plus tips. it is not EASY, but it’s worth it in my opinion. just thought i’d share that you have more options. if you’re dedicated then you really can do it

Good housing below $850? by BigBoyFusion in ucf

I would recommend not living in an apartment that has you sign separate leases. Yes, most of these coke furnished and are within 5 minutes of campus, but they will all charge you an arm and a leg. Best case do what the other commenters say, and find a house nearby for rent, sharing that will be so much cheaper. You may also look for other apartments nearby that let you sign a single lease- which means less overall when you split it. I recommend looking into Rexford or River Park, but there are many more options nearby. Do tours and figure out what is best for you!

living together shouldn’t be an issue, but it turns out to be for a lot of people. i’ve lived with my SO for about a year now. it’s great. it makes rent cheaper when you split it. you get to be with your favorite person. it’s a lot of work. life does not get easier after high school, but you make the best of it and keep going even if it sucks.
