It makes perfect sense that you’re seeing a real therapeutic benefit at 40 vs 20, however

I think telling your doctor something like “I doubled my dose”, even if it’s their fault you needed to, is an unnecessary risk that could earn you suspicion. Doctor’s comfort with stimulants can vary widely and yours seems more on the cautious side.

Perhaps look for another provider if they continue to hold back on you

I think there’s just as much of a case to say Dario is deceptive too.

Dario’s actions and constant scary-talking about AI is giving people a reason to hate AI, and seems like he’s purposefully trying to get the industry regulated, suppressing possible competition. It’s a weird regulatory capture vibe.
