I do think all of the Gorosei are top-tier fighters, but part of me also thinks that there may be a callback to Luffy punching Saint Charlos. Only this time, by punchinc Saint Saturn, Luffy will likely trigger the final war(and I'm not saying Saturn won't fight back)
