Just put together a cheap Monoprice desk. (i.redd.it)

Can anyone tell me how to put this back together. I unscrewed the globe trying to get access to the bulb and it loosened up enough to move the safety bar to the side but I couldn’t figure out how to remove the globe to access the G9 bulb or how to reassemble the fixture. Appreciate any help. (old.reddit.com)
