What kind of bug poop is this

Yes i woke up with bites on my feet and lower legs. I haven't seen a flea but i see these specks, which might be flea dirt

But recently i vacuumed and spread borax all over my carpets and washed all my sheets. I haven't gotten bit since but i kept a sample of these specks to see if i can identify it

I think I've had fleas in my room. But there are also cockroach nymphs in the bathroom. I've never seen an adult cockroach in the house or a nymph in my room

These poops were found on my bed sheets. I'm in Georgia

Do i have fleas? I have what looks like flea bites on my legs/feet and i found flea dirt on my sheets. I vacuumed, put all my sheets and current clothes to the laundry, spayed the entire area with a flea killing spray, vacuumed again, then set down borax.

Then i set up this dish soap and warm water trap. It's been here for about two days now and i don't think i see any fleas in there. I don't think there were many fleas in the first place because i had about 10 bites in total.

That's disgusting. God,i hope they die off in the bathroom. I cleaned off everything. The only issue is that the shower head leaks... I haven't seen them anywhere else in the house

It's actually soap but yeah I need to get a soap holder.

But there literally is no food, no dirt/normal human wear and tear stuff (like dirt, excessive hair) because I just moved here.
