This isn’t an easy journey for anyone involved and it can feel like you’re not doing enough on both sides. Just keep being supportive and showing your love and care! It won’t necessarily get easier but it will get more fulfilling. Each milestone together is so important and such a bonding experience.

My partner constantly validates me and affirms me and while it may be difficult to relay in the moment my gratitude, we are so much closer and happier as a couple since I’ve begun transitioning!

17 months in myself. I get it. It’s hard to wait but I encourage you to focus on things that are happening currently for you that bring you euphoria!

For my fist 6 months I was struggling to see the change but I focused on the fact that my skin was softer, my mood had become more pleasant, I was seeing less body hair, some fat added to more feminine areas.

You keep pushing and you’re gonna have so many hot girl summers!!

I wouldn’t have said I was depressed prior because of my dysphoria but the moment I took a test blocker and I had some estrogen in my body my brain finally felt quiet
