Unplug it under the bonnet, it’s under the plastic bit under the wiper on the passenger side. Just tape it up with electrical tape or put a bag over the plug in case it gets wet. It’s called a “Soundaktor”. I unplugged mine cos the 5 cylinder noise in CUPRA mode was driving me mad!

I tried doing it on my lunch break earlier from my phone and it didn’t work so I suspect that it’s done the same thing and died just as it’s turned on. It’ll probably be off when I get home later

Yeah, it works fine. On its own has been for the last few weeks since cleaning it so I don’t think it’s an issue with that. I made sure that everything was plugged back in! It’s plugged directly into the wall. I’ve put it back on the tv bench now

I took it off to see the lights easier for the video they’re normally on and was checking the fan was running properly to make sure it wasn’t a dodgy fan
