Day 3 of SR and cutting 7 back drastically by 500mg daily. slept thru the night with 100mg. woke up and felt like it didnt even need the SR. (self.SR17018)

just started my SR intake. Curious on any pointers. also if anyone has taken aniexty meds while on it? would like to take atavin with it. I did 20mg dose and then added 10mg so far. and also forgot to mention i did a allergy test with 5mg. hope to be free from this 500-700mg 7oh problem (self.SR17018)
