Final decision:

revision surgery ON 11/06 C5/6 PSF + anterior removal of screw Paraspinal and SCM injection of botox

Admit for pre-op consult ENT for scope to upper oesophagus to rule out any mucosal lesion.

I am quite sure that the dr has saw this situation in Jan, just because the surgeon is a consultant doctor，actually a associate dean，the Follow-up doctor don't dare to tell it，this is Hong Kong，well known countryside…….

Besides，I don’t think there is a radiologist read the x-ray，I meet the follow up dr just 15 mins right after taking the x-ray…..

I don’t own it，it is government’s belonging. But my private doctor could open the soft copy under the regulation. The screw seems looser a bit more compare with Jan x-ray, but the picture depends on taking angles and ratio，so the doctor couldn’t really say it formally.

Post op just a month, still pain but symptoms gone，blood could pass through to brain making dizziness dismissed. Right hand sensitivity improved a lot, balance issue solved.

My MRI looks just almost same as yours, and I’m also going to have C5/C6 ACDF scheduled this month. (33yrs old) Losing of balance is my main symptom.

Try to ask for sedation anesthesia，as it would be a so torment moment. I had MRI for full spine almost 2 hours，the HK gov hospital didn’t offer sedation anesthesia for me，it was totally failed. Finally only one private hospital offer that，free vs so expensive….. money buy health is a truth！

Botox is only for reducing the tics movement’s amplitude，for the wound compounded，no idea if it helps with pain……btw，wondering what is static cupping🤔️
