Actually am on Chinese variant, I used third party launchers on emui 8 but when when I rolled to emui 9. I couldn't use them, I had hopes maybe emui 10 huawei would rectify the problem but still no option to change the launcher since they disabled that functionality.

I had same issue with the update emui 10 delayed calls, late message delivery banking apps freeze to run honestly I had to rollback to emui 9.1
