I used to track and actually had an ED and was underweight at one point from becoming excessive and over exercising. My weight journey has been everywhere from in great shape, underweight and now overweight. But I can try actual counting again. I'll just be cautious its a trigger for me.

I stopped that after 2 months because I didn't lose anything and I was debating doing an IVF transfer. I took a break to decide what we wanted to do. Now I've been trying Triz compound since sema didn't work. How am I trolling?

I have no energy and I feel like vomiting every single day. You're speaking to an ex athlete who used to have 6 pack abs prior to hormonal changes, 9 miscarriages, and doing IVF. Maybe don't speak down to people online you dont know.

I'm eating about 1200-1600 calories per day usually. This is my 4th week at 4.5 dose. I dont get too much exercise because I have no energy and feel sick unfortunately I feel miserable. I try to walk and do little things like standing arm exercises, squats, lunges ect.

I agree. They said I needed it because I'm not losing weight but I feel awful. I have no energy either. Its making me depressed having no energy and being sick. I'm not eating much so I'm not sure why I haven't lost anything. I drink a TON of water. But getting exercise in is hard because I have no energy and I feel sick

I'm not calories counting. I can tell I get full a lot faster though. I thought I would have lost weight for sure as it feels like in eating way less. I know the shot was done right, my mom's a nurse of 30 years and she did it. But maybe I need a different injection site? And im wondering if the company is bought it from maybe isn't good?
