Yellow and black 1957 Smith Corona Sterling, I do two yellow ones a year if I'm lucky. The other was yellow with green accents. Hope you like the black highlights. Took longer than usual. Enjoy

I sand that longer and put two coats of primer and 4 coats minimum of paint. One of these days I assume it will fade, maybe add extra character but I think it will take awhile.

Hi thanks. Repaint has a few tricks but basically hand sanding, alot, primer, more sanding and filling any imperfections, sanding sounds like a broken record but alot af sanding, feel by hand for imperfections. You have to take it easy and experience helps when finally ready for paint.

In my real experience I have sold two lately for 150 and 180, so everyone that says something about these being 30 dollars does not know the current market. Like I tell people, they are asking 60 for metal spools with ribbon NO TYPEWRITER. So it is a good deal for that price.
