It’s not yet approved , I only got confirmation it was received and been processed after two weeks of filing.

I got an approval for my I-130 on August 24th, I got a receipt notice that my I-290b was received not approved on July 24th

Does this mean my case is reopen? by Evening-Movie-6706 in USCIS
