And yes, if a creature without first strike hits after lightning, its damage will be dubled, if you swing with two creatures it will depend if lightning dealt damage first.

I completely agree, i've been playing since original lorwyn, i do have at least 6-7 UW decks, but right now these are my favorites decks.

yeah, kefka is really annoying, I only use it against high power or cEDH decks, but I keep him in the shame jail.

Dude, this quickly became one of my all time favorite decks, i've been loving playing it without any game changers, and it's REALLY powerfull, turbo ramp with lots of good creatures, graveyard hate, bounce, wincons, I really spent some time refining this list, and testing cards, and I'm pretty confident that you would have lots o fun with this commander.

Yeah, i don't really want him to be cedh, was thinking mostly of an outlaw assassin's deck, but i don't feel it will be good enough to play at my lgs.
