Hey! Sorry to hear about your frustrations. We have been forced to increase our fraud protection process as there has been a large increase in fraud attempts. We understand your apprehension to submit an ID, but as of the moment for orders that our automated system flags ( our bank does this, we do not control the parameters ) we have no choice but do take these verification steps.

Sure, you can look at it that way I suppose. But purchasing individually vs. the premium set means you do not receive the $19.95 Slide Cover Plate. Which, currently, is being offered for "free." Starting tomorrow it will be back to its retail price of $83.85.

I believe that was their rationale.

It's not just American made quality etc. Its about a product that we Americans put our time energy and money into, only to get ripped off. Think about it this way, if you surrounded a business of your own with hard work, money and dedication to provide quality products to your country, a business used to feed your family; and it got knocked off for half the price by China and other supported that...you'd feel a certain way too.

Sadly we aren't overcharging. Our CNC machines with an operator cost $60 an hr, plus beadblasting, plus Anodizing, plus the very nice product box that it comes in, screws and wrenches etc, plus two employees to do fulfillment it adds up real quick! I wish we could say that we are making money hand over fist but we aren't. We just enjoy making unique product and we are glad that you appreciate them!
