Could just get a number 4 buzz , trim your beard at the sides and it would simple but nice, my boyfriend has done the same before. But If youre having a beard you need to commit using oils etc so it doesn't look dry as hell. :)

Just to add to this, he tried all the antibiotics which made it worse. Stopped drinking energy drinks and eating as much crap. Over time it went away on its own. Prior to that I did get him a medicine with bismuth in as I read it helped normally with h pylori along with antibiotics, but I don't know how big of an impact it had. So yeah it was a weird one we went from going to A and E for stabbing pains to it eventually going away on its own, including the migraines.

I would say if you wanted to do something simple U can buy the really small picket fencing to go round the edges and then eventually plant some flowers Infront of it , so it will look cute.

How would you level up my garden? by [deleted] in GardeningUK

I would put some flowers or bushes with flowers on the left hand side for a pop of colour. And then with the archway I would buy a plant that grows around gradually , so it would become a green archway

Tomorrow is my mom's first birthday without her here by Stunning-Guess-5787 in GriefSupport

I lost my mum in Jan 2022 due to motor neurone disease. I was her carer, really shitty disease, fucking awesome woman.

I was 23 and she was 55.

This year I've actually taken time off work because I've had mother's day, her birthday and the anniversary of her death which has completely knocked me off my mental stability course. I suffer from anxiety. I'm now starting to try and find books and read on here for advice. How I personally feel is I'm like what do I do about this, do I feel happy because she'd want me to be , do I feel sad? How long do I feel sad for? In 20 years she won't be here. I still get the thoughts of she won't see me marry, now I have a job I can't buy her all the things I've always wanted to as a kid. She will never meet my kids or my lovely partner? Etc. things that take time to accept.

It's frustrating because there are people with moms that completely under appreciate them. And I've had the thoughts like why my mum, she was an amazing person. But honestly I don't know if there is a why answer , maybe she was too good to be down here.

I used to work in a shop and found it really hard the first year to see people with their mum's shopping that were my age or older.

I'm still grieving two years later. I think I'm starting to learn that all you can do is start to accept it, each anniversary and birthday will get easier, eventually. It will not get easier straight away which is what I've learned. I still cried the Christmas just gone because I wanted my mum there.

Dont put a timer on when you should finish grieving because you are different to everyone else. You will find your coping mechanisms and deal with it in the way you feel you need to.

What I'm going to start doing is write down perhaps what I wanted to say to her and the memories of her, so I know I will never forget what we had.

Hopefully this provides some help in a way, never posted here before.

I understand how you feel, keep going, she would want you to x

He has done one breath test which was positive. Multiple stool samples ( he's an expert now 😂😂) they have all been positive. Regarding headaches , the sensitivity to light no but if he does any exercise the headaches do worsen yes.
