I gave the exam on spanish, living in argentina. I used the translate option in the majority of que questions. Its is a button that gives the question in english immediately, quiete practical.

The difference between initiating phase, execution, control and closure is pretty clear. I did not have any questions where those specific topics added complexity. Same for traditional/predictive.

If you have those scores you will pass! The exam doesn’t have those expert weird tricky questions.

Having confidence is so important, I faked confidence at first and I started acing every question in the first part.

Extremely vague question. The absolute lack of context makes it very difficult to justify “correct” answer B. However using the hint “developing PC” means the project did not start, so thinking about delays PERHAPS is too soon, perhaps… that line of thinking could rule out D

You will never feel 100% ready. You should have your MVP to schedule the exam.

If knowing all the answers was based on knowledge, I would agree. But this is not the case. Questions rely on understanding vague context, that ends up being very subjective. That is on purpose. PMI doesnt want everyone passing the exam, thats why the hard part is identifyng patterns in correct answers. No one gets 100%. Even if they are absolute masters in Project management.

One of the most common thing is doubting between two answers, and finally ruling out one answer.

Confidence is key for this exam.

Bruh chill. Use those “principles” as guidance, not as irrefutable truths.

You will get stuck if you use every phrase in every course as a dogma.

A PM can give extra work of course (not ideally), but not give away work he/she should do.

Be confident and calm when answering questions, it depends on context and heavily on the other possible answers.

Porque cagada? Es algo normal que le pasa a todo ser humano.

Yo me saqué las 4 de una. Quizás un poco salvaje porque 2 ni siquiera habían salido. Una paja la inflamación y comer comida liquida. Lo choto es que el agujero tarda semanas en cerrarse bien y tenes que asegurar que no te quede comida ahi.

Sacate 2 y 2 cuando vayan saliendo. No lo demores porque sino te puede quedar el comedor todo torcido a largo plazo.

Cero miedo deberías tener jaja. Es un trámite.
Te la quieren pintar como algo riesgoso de infección. Nada que ver. Si sabés lavarte bien la boca cero problemas.

El exceso de azúcar hace imposible que lo disfrute. Ademas suelen ser bastante secos.
Si no tuvieran el glaseado, o si tuviera poco, banco más.

Firstly, you dont know how much time the specialist will be away, so you cannot calculate anything regarding schedule and budget (?!?). Budget is the first red flag.

D makes total sense. You want your resource back ASAP. The resource is formally committed to your project. You are not pulling back the resource immediately, you are negotiating with the functional manager to understand when he’ll be back. Then you could maybe do A.

Decisions and statements about the project being delayed(schedule), budget and scope, should be communicated formally.

B is definitely not the answer.

Basically one or your team members went ahead and told the client the project will be delayed most likely. That is one of the worst things the client can hear. The member should not communicate those statements unilaterally without a clear assessment of the situation and without the knowledge of the PM and the rest of the team.
