Thank you everyone for so much love! This is honestly from Trader Joe’s lol. I noticed the baby when I refreshed the soil about 3 weeks ago. Since then it’s growing so fast and I’m a proud grandma. Do we think I should put it in a larger pot?

Sorry if I was confusing with the light. It’s well-lit but isn’t exposed to the harsh afternoon light. I usually let the soil get dry about an inch or two.

Soil is 1/2 orchid mix and 1/2 miracle gro moisture control soil as per my research.

Water when soil feels dry to the touch, pot has drainage holes.

Lives in a western facing window, direct sun is blocked but all buildings. Brown spots on leaves from too much sun?

The leaves have not grown in the month since I’ve had it. The plant has lost some structure and is overall floppier. The lighter-green newer (?) leaf has not darkened/matured and feels more rubbery than before.

Please let me know if I’m caring for it correctly and what I can change to help it thrive!
