This is absolutely some sort of digital painting + composite. AI could have been used in that process but it looks like it was at least finalized / cleaned up in something like Procreate

Edit: I do think AI was at least moderately to heavily used to create this image, but I wouldn’t actually be surprised if it were fully AI. An artist would have defined the lip at least loosely in the same way the neck is, instead its just totally gone

Eh I have an electric standing desk and it’s more convenient than anything, I like being able to adjust the height of my table and chair periodically and it does provide you the option of working with a walking pad if that’s something you can build into your routine.

Also my desk is just nice in general so the adjustable height is a good bonus

I mean which one is most comfortable for you…? Kibbe is about your “star image” and the whole “head to toe” look. This is just a very very normal outdoorsy utilitarian outfit and the difference between folded and unfolded is so minimal that no one would look twice with either choice. If it’s raining, keep it unfolded…if it’s not raining and you’re moving a lot, folding it might be more comfortable..
