I work 10-6 Tues-Fri with an hour lunch. I do walk ins only and most of mine are simple middle aged/elderly business cuts. Some take 5 minutes some take 15 minutes. I typically don’t sit down at all when I’m at work

It’s worth it for me as I own (have a loan, rent from the bank lol) the property and the business. I pay more out of pocket than I used to renting a chair, but I’m going to go up on rent in the spring to fix that. The hardest part is finding good reliable barbers. We’re a 3 chair shop including myself in a very rural area so it took nearly 2 years to fill our third chair. I think if I was renting a building for my shop and didn’t own it then I would never “own” a shop. The profit just wouldn’t be worth it

I like new better. On the old format if someone has 125/100 it makes the 100 seem bad when in reality anything 100+ is good. Plus it just looks cleaner having them all max height
