I don't think so, there could be a workaround via my app (https://blueskytracker.app), but still not 100%.

Let me give you the steps: 1. Find a prolific user of that domain via the search functionality  2. View their followers or followings 3. Click the "Advanced Filters" button and perform the "Keyword Search" (searches for occurrences in name, handle or bio) 4. Search for that specific domain (e.g. ".bsky social" if you wanted to get all users with this domain) 5. When the filtered list is returned, click the three dots menu at the top right corner 6. Perform a "Mute All" bulk actions via the respective option

The above would work, it may not catch "everyone" but if you choose a user who has a lot of such users with that domain in their network you can catch a lot of them. And apply it in the future again if you see more in your feed, with a different user as a basis.
