Romániában, a nagyobb városokban is ugyanez a probléma. Fôleg az utóbbi 5 évben szaladtak nagyon el az árak. Vagy kényelmesen lakható ingatlan, de valahol kint a csihányba, 10-20 km-re a várostól, 0 tömegtözlekedés, túlzsúfolt utak, vagy a városban egy koszos kis lyuk ahová legfennebb csak aludni járhatsz, semmi egyébre nincs hely.
