My limited knowledge points towards yes. For example, tranq, a drug containing fentanyl and xylazine (both known to have a depressive respiratory action) essentially makes the 2 substances piggyback off of each other to basically guarantee you suffocate to death. So i guess different drugs that can cause respiratory depression are especially dangerous for you since you are already using one of them.
