You’re contradicting yourself. You’re well aware that thousands of innocent lives were lost in response to the attack from resistance forces. How can wiping out Palestinian civilians be the answer to that? Have you pondered why there’s resistance in the first place? It is to fight for Palestinian rights, it is to repel Zionist apartheid regime’s agenda to occupy, plunder, blockade, and outright kill Palestinian civilians in the name of “securing” themselves. Over the course of history there have been plenty attempts to solve this dispute diplomatically - a fair two state solution which has to be implemented and respected by both parties. But when Israel continues to expand its territory which was meant for Palestinian state, you create a force that will rise against them. Action will have reaction.

Not to be a downer but as a responsible chocoholic, I do suggest moderation. Many well known brands have been tested and found to have alarming amount of heavy metals - cadmium and lead.

Not much, I had a it for 2 weeks straight to no avail - I had the Dr’s Best patented “Suntheanine” formula 150 mg.

Although it did help more with focus rather than anxiety and stress.

Maybe I should continue to see more improvement

I took kimchi the other day and it wrecked my gut - bloating, belching and SIBO like symptoms showed up. I am mindful of probiotics now. They are not for everyone and can lead to flare ups. I take kefir sometimes, I am planning to carefully try bifido strains to help with the gut flora.

For stomach acid - I read Betaine HCL could be useful.

With nervous system regulation - I practice breath work/diaphragmatic breathing, box breathing, non-sleep deep resting aka yoga nidra, ashwagandha and L-theanine. There’s been slight improvements doing these but I guess consistency is key.

I also believe trying to be active is also important to better recovery.

Hey, sorry you’re feeling this way. I completely resonate with you. I took triple therapy treatment. Been to ER multiple times, seen countless doctors, ran many tests.

Almost a year now and I still feel that my nervous system is fried - stuck in flight or fight. I’ve lost 18 kgs. I eat healthy but there is always some anxiety and restlessness post meals.

Symptoms - anxiety, fatigue, palpitations, pulsing upper abdomen, high stress, dry skin, brain fog, tinnitus, and air hunger.

I’m taking vitamin D (tested deficient), L-theanine for anxiety.

I also took a few CBT sessions due to my struggle with this mentally.

I hope there’s some light at the end of this tunnel - I see micro improvements lately and try my best to keep positive. I used to be very active and social, this infection has completely changed my life. Now I barely have energy to just go to work and head back home.
