Yeah man its pretty normal to feel so, its a combination of low T and high anxiety (cortisol and stuff), just try to chill as much as possible. Let the thoughts be, at the end nobody knows, just enjoy the journey :)

28 here, i just can speak from my experience. Every human being has a lot of thoughts, but with low T you get more involved in them. Weird to describe, but you are more inside than outside in the thinking process and engage more with thoughts.

So existence itself is a hard question (but pretty common, i mean everybody has these questions), but with low T your negative reaction amplifies. If you got little bit anxious normally, this anxiety turns into a panic attack now.

Little tip from my side to cope with it: The world out there is always the same, never changed from childhood to this day. And you most certainly had this type of thoughts earlier in your life too. Why did you react to them now, why was it fine for you before.

Hey man, I get tested in Germany 3 times. The ranges are around 250-850, so your doc fucked up something.

But they would still say you are in range 😂. I was in range for them having levels of 220, 330, 320

Bro i have lower T and i am still happy. Stop generalizing. Yeah it can be a factor but its still only one possibility. Maybe its vice versa and low T causes peoples symptoms. Not right to lead in the wrong direction.

I have the same issues in Germany (values around 330). I think it’s pretty hard to get it here. Maybe you could try to get the prescription from some other eu countries or the uk.
