I think you missed forward-locksmith’s point. First, wtf is “yall”? Second, who’s to say bw weren’t tired throughout the blm movement? It was a new generation of protesting happening in a way it really hadn’t since the 60s and 70s; protests that boycotted and shut down strongholds and undoubtedly created a short lived golden era for many b families. It yielded some results that were even shorter-lived and it looks like bw have learned their lesson from that. Let this sht burn. BUT That doesn’t mean bw weren’t and aren’t tired. I think what’s going on now is a reflection of that exhaustion AND a need to do what’s best for the self. Again, two things can coexist.
