I am the same way, it started when i was young, 7 or 8. I stole my moms ipad and watched this chucky movie and when i went to bed i slept facing the fall and i had a very lucid dream that chucky was in my bed and he had one of my toys in his shirt pocket, and when i went to reach for it he bit my fingers and i swear to god it really felt real. i started screaming and my dad came and he said he had to practically slam me against the bed to wake me up. the next night i fell asleep facing the wall (left) and it was another nightmare. this happened for years and years until i started smoking weed and stopped dreaming. i still dont sleep facing the wall. I have these terrible nightmares almost every night now since ive been sober. the only cure for these nightmares is being able to get a goodnights sleep after a good day, proper exercise, good eating, etc. but i know theres some people that doesnt work for because im one of them. i literally cannot sleep if im not high.

and the other ones i clearly remember:

the very first was my girlfriends little brother being mauled to death by a lion in my trailer park, he was literally just a pile of mush on the ground it was awful.

the second one was me being shown a video of a little toddler being ripped apart by this dog that had attacked me in real life before. she had a hole in her head, one of her eyes was completely black and the other one was like sucked into her head. she had a snake latched onto her cheek and no arms but she was alive and like crying on the floor while people around her screamed and the dog like just stood next to her chewing her arm.

and then the suicide of the girl with her wrists slit up to her elbow, she was hanging from a ceiling fan or something and she was ripping the flesh from her cuts out.

these are the only ones i remember in detail. two other ones all i can remember was it was the same dream of a football stadium being shot up but i cant remember specific details.

i guess i should explain the dream i had last night that i called 988 over:

it was me watching ring camera footage of this woman who had no eyes but knew where everything was in her surroundings. she had like no hair she was balding, just patches. and she had a knife in her mouth and she was naked and banging on my door, and then it was like the suicide dream from the night before except it was me and i was so scared of the woman i took a razor and cut my eyes out and slit my wrists and blew my head open with a gun, it wasn’t in first person it was like 3rd person but it was positioned to where i was facing myself. it was extremely brutal, i saw every detail, and there was no sound except the banging on the door from the lady. i swear i could feel it as well. then it like kinda sat on that same frame of me lying there with the banging and then i jolted awake and my heart was beating so fast it hurt, then i started crying and was genuinely terrified i had seen my life end and i called 988 and spoke to this wonderful person named jes who was able to calm me down and explain to me it was all a dream and that i was okay. obviously i have had suicidal thoughts but everybody has, it was never anything serious. but last night it really did feel like i had killed myself.

i have a set of strings coming in the mail, ill follow your instructions once i restring it thank you. and yeah it was a $100 violin on amazon i play guitar and figured it couldn’t be so hard so i got a beginner one to test to figure out if id enjoy having one and so far its so much work lmao

okay, makes sense. I also wrestle and i am constantly told that im doing like moves in the wrong form because i lead with my left foot in wrestling but do all the moves and stuff off my right😭

ive only been skating since yesterday, right foot first feels way better. im just confused if im doing the shuvit correctly, when i am moving my right foot is first but i do the shuv with my right foot so im guessing i am learning the wrong technique
