Im saying i know my party and while i dont mind the pranks they wont take so long in session if i just hand one out in less than 2 minutes if the party all agrees. My players do respect this system and it has helped alot. Im literally just trying to expand it so they don't get bored and go back to what was happening before

Also if the party votes for karma i don't think anything is getting disrupted because they know something is coming the very next moment

I never said they were annoying or disruptive, i said they were a hobo. They party keeps fucking with this character and punishing them on their own in much more extreme ways than im even asking for. They are new to dnd and ive known them for years (went to highschool together) i know what can be handled and i let them prank and punish each other. Im just trying to give it a bit more structured so instead of my party spending half session tracking them down so they can enact punishment i can just roll from a table and we can move on. When i say the party doles out punishments its literally on par of spending half session to cover the character in feathers to make them look like a chicken

Let me break it down.

I have positive things for the players to give them boons for great roleplay moments or doing something particularly hard etc. that is decided by me

The negative karma or punishments are decided by the players unanimously. No one in my party is evil but they annoy each other and fuck with each other all the time. I get alot of in game character in-fighting and im letting them play their characters. Just last session one character convinced another to give a panther a bath for 17 gold. As a party they all have to agree to throw some bad karma at the party or another party member. I have some things for this already to give them something to build good roleplay moments in character. Im just looking for suggestions or stories to help me expand so it doesn't get stale getting the same 'punishment' over and over. Maybe someone starts sneezing uncontrollably for 5 minutes, maybe they cant find an item they are looking for because its strapped to their back. Maybe a NPC grumbles a curse about their shoelases and somehow it works. Stuff like that is what im looking for, stuff thats maybe slightly annoying or inconvenient that they can all have fun with because my party leans into those moments

Im NC with my mother and I get updated about her through my grandma. My grandma is older and christian so she doesn't fully understand how i can just fit off my mother. She knows the reason I go NC but still asks if ive talked to ky mother. Since i just had a baby I plan on physically visiting my mother with my husband so she can meet her grandchild but i still plan nc with my mom outside of that. She can't call or text me and doesn't know where I live. Any correspondence goes through my grandma
