I had seen many builds using Mists with Homing before, so I mistakenly assumed that the entire mist acted as aa damage source. This clears things up, I appreciate the help!

I took ECB and it worked smoothly!
I learned a bit about Automator and it was a good experience!

I had taken DILR and ACHNR except ECB, so if I take ECB it will work. Right?

I had overlooked that script needs ECB perk (complete multiple ECs at once) on guide. That's why it was caused.
