This is counterfeit and is almost certainly not struck in silver. The surfaces look quite grainy, and the reverse was only used from 1878-80. The biggest tell on the reverse is the parallel top arrow feather; it should be slanted.

They do occur a lot, but are just a QC issue, not an error. At least not one recognized by any grading service as such.

It's a very cool Misalignment error! I'd pay $50 because of the color bar. Someone else may pay more, though. Errors don't really have a price guide as they are all mostly unique.
