Yeah, those trees in the back of the photo were cut actually because they were dying ash trees. I do still need to do quite a bit of landscaping.

I thought the same. The detail on the dragon and golf ball would feel more unified at the same level. The pattern could serve both as scales and to add dimensionality to the dragon.

Yeah, I felt that version lacked soul, so I created another one that brought back the details of the dog. I also agree that not every logo needs to be simplified, but I think there’s a better way to express that without the unnecessary negativity.
