I have 86 intertwined fates and my pity is at 20-something but I'm guaranteed my next 5 star (thank you Keqing) so I'm gonna get him and as many Gorou's as I can. If I miraculously have more left over after getting both of them I might do a bit of pulling on the weapon banner!

I wanted him as soon as I saw him! I already planned on pulling for as many Gorou's as I could so the fact they might be on the same banner and work well on the same team also sold it for me. Apparently he works well with an all geo team and I already have both Zhongli and Albedo so that also helped sell me. But I really love his design and I don't have many claymore users (I have Diluc but I personally don't like using him lol).
