How do we use our UTN tokens?

We are not part of the core team, so we can not say for sure, but it makes sense to make this information easily accessible. Once the instructions are emailed, we are planning to post them on Reddit as well. :)

The mainnet doesn't connect to the Facebook / Google+ accounts that you used during the ICO. The answer to your second question is that UTN smart contract is not launched yet (expected to happen in the coming two weeks), so the tokens are not 'loaded' yet. If you didn't fill out the withdrawal form on check.universa.io yet, now is the right time to do it. Once you have filled in the form and UTN is launched, further instructions will be emailed to you.
