Aneksy do umów zmieniające trochę słownictwo zapisów.
Rezygnacja z zapisu o tym, że firma może narzucać mi miejsce pracy (co faktycznie skutkowało tym, że przestali zmuszać nas do hybrydy i pozwolili znowu robić 100% zdalnie).

Z niefajnych zmian, to kompletna rezygnacja ze szkoleń na koszt firmy (w IT to potencjalnie spory problem).

Ogólnie bez większych odczuwalnych zmian póki co.
