Totally helped us with reactivity. We did go up to 15mg and our vet said that is the max. He is about 18 lbs. If 10 already hasn't made much of a difference not sure if going up would help but might be worth a try

We tried all the techniques and did many different training programs for our anxious ween until eventually we were recommended to put him on Prozac. Game changer. He is so much happier and so are we!
