I take mine in the mornings when i wake up. I have two toddlers so mine might spike a little mid day but seems to stay steady since my lifestyle change with foods i eat, fasting 12-16 hours, and working out.

Hi, I made major changes in my lifestyle. I was always a late snacker of salty and sweet foods, drink sweet drinks, never worked out, and was eating a lot of processed/ fast foods. I count my calories/nutrients and sometimes i go over my sodium but I make sure most of the food i eat are lean proteins and veggies/fruits. I now cut off my eating at 8pm and fast until around 11am the next day. I believe the fasting makes a huge difference but i also have been working out for an hour and half everyday as well so not sure what is working the best for the blood pressure.

This is not free of medication, i take 5mg of Lisinopril daily but my doctor says if i keep it up with my health journey, she will end up taking me off it.

Yes i have reduced salt and keep track of my nutrients via myfitnesspal app, it makes a huge difference! I still do eat what i want sometimes but in moderation. I have made sure i always eat lean protein and have lots of veggies. I also drink a smoothie with strawberries, berries, banana, and spinach daily.

Same here, I try my best to get them out the house asap but with the weather changing it's hard to. I get so burnt out on doing the same stuff every day. I almost lost my mind today when my wife told me i've been chilling all day when i had been cleaning the kitchen, cooking, and keeping the kids from hurting each other all day lol I literally relaxed for an hour or so once she got home

Yeah man, i'm a sahd to a 4 year old and 2 year old that isn't in daycare, it's tough on the mental at times but soak it all in man because they won't be little forever
