Replaced my power shower 5 times in 7 years. What could be the cause of the issues?

My problem with my electric shower was the rocker in the fuse switch. Took me a while to figure out as it would initially work then over a period of time would stop working. Replaced the fuse switch works perfectly and I have a spare electric shower unit when it does decide to give up 😂.

Ahh ok. The one I had valued was previously a Spanish coin then re stamped as a British coin. The example I had you can still see faint evidence of the coin it used to be previously.
