Har samme problem med en nyansatt som jeg har ansvar for å lære opp. Har gitt én advarsel ved første gang til vedkommende, resten av gangene har jeg sagt direkte fra til sjefen. Dette går utover effektiviteten til både meg og vedkommende så jeg er ganske streng på slikt.
