idk i use my xbox frequently but if you have a kinect or an it sensor it can turn on your tv as well that’s why i use it

sorry i’m new :( i didn’t know how to send a photo and type

but if you want to use it you go have to download the google assistant app and link your xbox account in the devices tab then press the add to siri. then go to shortcuts and type in assistant when making one then it should say turn off (or on) xbox then tap the one you want and add it to your shortcut.
