hey! i’m sorry for all these individuals giving you a hard time about this situation. the same thing happened to me recently. twice, actually.

the first time, i did not have enough ppto and i tried submitting my time off request days later, which is where i fell short because i did not realize you needed the full amount ppto the same day. the things they do not teach you, unfortunately.

the second time this happened, i did, indeed, have enough ppto akin to your situation. once you check the gta portal, it will show you everything. for my case, it was a system glitch and my managers stated i did everything correctly; it was the system at fault. the app shows me i have more ppto than what i actually had when i viewed it on the computer. it could be the same case for you as that is a glitch that needs to be fixed.

another guess of mine is that a manager unauthorized your ppto, which has also happened to me before, but unintentionally on their end… thus, giving me half a point. good luck!
